Why don’t you list exact prices for everything?
Because two “10-page websites” can differ a lot in content, integrations and design. We would rather give you an exact fixed price after a 30-minute call than a vague range that changes later.
What are your payment terms?
Unless agreed otherwise in writing: 50% upfront and 50% on completion, before final delivery. Invoices are due within 7 days. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance.
Do you charge in INR or USD?
Either. Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST where applicable; international clients usually in USD.
Are there extra costs I should know about?
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, Shopify apps, CRM subscriptions, WhatsApp conversation fees and ad spend are paid directly by you. We list them in the quote so there are no surprises.
What if the scope changes?
We agree any change in writing, with its cost and its effect on the timeline, before doing the work.
