Laravel development for portals, dashboards and custom platforms
When your business needs logic a website builder can't handle, such as customer portals, booking systems, internal tools or a SaaS product, we build it in Laravel with clean, tested code you fully own.

Teams that have outgrown spreadsheets and plugins
A good fit if you are
- Businesses running key processes on spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp that need a proper system
- Companies that want a customer or partner portal: bookings, orders, documents, account status
- Founders building a web application or SaaS product
- Teams with an existing Laravel or PHP app that needs new features, upgrades or a rescue
When Laravel is the right choice
- You need user accounts with different roles and permissions
- Your workflow has business rules no plugin covers
- You need to connect several systems through APIs
- An old PHP application has become hard and risky to change
- You want to own the code rather than rent a platform
Custom software, scoped tightly and built to be maintained
Custom development goes wrong when the scope is vague and the code is written only for today. We start by writing down the users, the screens and the rules, then agree a first version that's small enough to launch quickly and useful enough to matter.
We follow Laravel conventions, write automated tests for the critical paths, use version control from day one, and document how to run and deploy the app. If you ever bring development in-house or move to another team, the handover is straightforward.
For existing applications, we start with a code review and upgrade plan: what's risky, what's outdated, and what can be improved safely without stopping the business.
What you get
Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need, then quoted at a fixed price.
Requirements and scope
User roles, screens, business rules and integrations written down and agreed before build.
UX and interface design
Wireframes and designs for the key screens, tested with your team before development.
Application development
Laravel back end with a Blade, Livewire, Vue or React front end, depending on the interface.
APIs and integrations
Payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), CRMs, WhatsApp, accounting tools and your existing systems.
Testing
Automated tests on critical features, plus manual testing on staging before each release.
Security
Role-based access, input validation, encrypted secrets, regular dependency updates.
Deployment
Hosting set-up, CI/CD where useful, backups and monitoring.
Handover and support
Documentation, repository access and an optional monthly support plan.
How a project runs
One project manager, a written update every week, and nothing starts until you have approved the scope.

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, on a staging site you can use.
- 04
Launch
Data migration, go-live, monitoring and a hand-over session.

What it costs and how long it takes
Laravel projects are scoped in writing and quoted either as a fixed price for a defined first version, or as monthly sprints for ongoing development. We'll recommend which fits after a discovery call.
A focused first version usually takes 6–12 weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in stages so you can start using them sooner.
Want to see similar work first?
We are publishing detailed case studies with our clients’ permission. Until then, we are happy to walk you through relevant projects and live sites on a short call, including what worked and what we would do differently.
Why Laravel instead of WordPress?
WordPress is ideal for content websites. Laravel is better when you need user accounts, complex business rules, dashboards or integrations that don't fit a CMS.
Can you take over an existing Laravel or PHP application?
Yes. We start with a paid code review that tells you what state the app is in, the risks, and a plan to stabilise and improve it.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid. The repository is in your account (or transferred to it), with documentation.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. A mutual NDA is available on request before we discuss details.
Can you work with our in-house developers?
Yes. We can lead the build, work alongside your team, or review their code, using your Git workflow.
