AI & automation

Automate the repetitive work your team shouldn't be doing

We connect your tools and use AI where it genuinely helps, so documents get read, data gets entered, reports get built and tasks get handed over without someone copying and pasting all day.

White robotic hand, a symbol of automated work
Is this for you?

For teams losing hours to copy-and-paste work

A good fit if you are

  • Operations and finance teams processing invoices, orders or forms by hand
  • Businesses moving data between spreadsheets, email, CRM and accounting tools
  • Managers who spend hours building the same weekly report
  • Teams with an idea for AI but no clear starting point

Good candidates for automation

  • The same task is done the same way, many times a week
  • Data is typed from one system into another
  • Documents (PDFs, invoices, forms) are read and re-keyed by hand
  • Work waits because someone forgot to pass it on
  • Mistakes come from manual steps, not judgement
Our approach

Start with one process, measure the time saved, then expand

Most automation projects fail by trying to automate everything at once. We start with a short review of your processes, pick the one with the clearest payoff, and measure how long it takes today.

We build with established tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier where they fit, and custom code where they don't. AI models are used for tasks that need reading or judgement, such as extracting data from invoices or classifying requests, always with checks and a human review step for anything that matters.

Every automation is documented, monitored for failures, and handed over so you understand what it does. Then we measure the time saved and decide together what to automate next.

What’s included

What we automate most often

Every engagement is scoped to what you actually need, then quoted at a fixed price.

  • Document processing

Reading invoices, purchase orders and forms with OCR and AI, validating the data and posting it to your system.

  • Data sync between tools

Keeping CRM, accounting, spreadsheets, e-commerce and email in step without re-typing.

  • Reports and dashboards

Weekly and monthly reports built and sent automatically from your live data.

  • Lead and order handling

Routing, notifications and follow-ups. See CRM & lead automation.

  • Customer support triage

Classifying and routing incoming emails and tickets, with suggested replies.

  • Internal approvals

Requests, approvals and reminders that move without chasing.

  • AI assistants

Internal assistants that answer questions from your own documents and policies.

  • Monitoring and support

Error alerts, logs and monthly maintenance so automations keep running.

How it works

How a project runs

One project manager, a written update every week, and nothing starts until you have approved the scope.

  1. 01

    Process review

Map current processes and pick the best first candidate.

  2. 02

    Design and prototype

Workflow design and a working prototype on real examples.

  3. 03

    Build and integrate

Production build connected to your tools, with error handling.

  4. 04

    Deploy and measure

Go live, monitor, and measure time saved.

Cost and timeline

What it costs and how long it takes

Automation projects are quoted at a fixed price after a process review. Simple workflows between two or three tools are a small project; document processing with AI and several systems is larger. Tool subscriptions and AI usage are billed by the providers.

A simple workflow usually takes 1–2 weeks. Larger process automation projects take 4–8 weeks.

FAQ

Questions about AI process automation.

Something else? Ask us on WhatsApp.

Which processes should we automate first?

The ones that are frequent, repetitive, rule-based and annoying. We'll help you pick one with a clear payoff in the first review.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. We build, document and train your team. You'll know what each automation does and how to pause it.

Will it work with our existing software?

Usually, if your tools have an API or a supported integration. We check this before quoting.

Is our data safe with AI tools?

We use business AI services with data controls, send only what's needed, and can keep sensitive steps on your own systems. We'll explain where data goes before we build.

What happens when something breaks?

Automations alert us on failures. With a support plan we fix issues and keep them updated as your tools change.
